The Royal Decks application values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when using the application.

1. Data Collection

Royal Decks does not collect, store, or request personally identifiable information, such as name, email, or phone number.

The application uses public data provided by third-party APIs, such as cards, decks, and statistics from the Clash Royale game.

The notification service operates using technical device identifiers, processed directly by Google. These identifiers are neither received nor stored by us. See section 6. Notifications for details.

2. User-Provided Data

The application may allow users to enter public identifiers, such as a Clash Royale player tag, to retrieve game-related information.

This data is used only for real-time queries and is not stored by Royal Decks.

3. Analytics Usage

The application may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to collect non-identifiable data about app usage.

This data may include device type, operating system, approximate location, and in-app interactions, and is used solely to improve the user experience.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All transactions are processed by third-party platforms, such as Google Play and Apple App Store.

Royal Decks does not collect or store financial data, such as credit card information.

Information such as subscription status may be used solely to enable features within the application.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Royal Decks does not use cookies to identify users.

6. Notifications

The application may send notifications about new decks and metagame changes, Clash Royale balance updates, and Royal Decks news.

For this purpose, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a Google service. Messages are sent exclusively through topics, meaning they are published to groups of subscribed devices and are not targeted at individual users.

To enable delivery, the Google SDK embedded in the application generates and transmits a device identifier to Google, along with technical data such as device model, operating system, application version, and IP address.

We do not receive, store, or have access to these identifiers. We maintain no device database and cannot identify individual users through notifications. Retention of this data is governed by Google's policies.

You may disable notifications at any time, either through the application's own settings or through your device's notification settings. Disabling them does not affect other Royal Decks features.

8. Service Availability

The application depends on external services. We do not guarantee continuous availability and interruptions, failures, or feature discontinuations may occur.

9. Data Sharing

Royal Decks does not share personal data, as it does not hold such information.

The notification service is operated by Google through an SDK embedded in the application, which communicates directly with Google's servers. We do not transfer data to third parties.

10. Security

All communications use secure protocols (HTTPS).

11. Children's Privacy

The application can be used by users of all ages and does not collect personally identifiable data.

The notification service uses a technical device identifier, as described in section 6. Notifications can be disabled at any time, and parents or guardians may do so through the application or device settings.

12. User Rights

As we do not collect or store personally identifiable data, there is no information under our control available for access, correction, or deletion.

Regarding the identifier used for notifications, control rests with Google and with your device settings: disabling notifications or uninstalling the application ends its use. If you have any questions, please contact us.
